Handmade Items   
Items that are handmade cannot be exactly alike, please allow for slight variances. You will be advised in the description if the item you will be receiving is not the one pictured.

Custom Orders
I offer a bespoke service where we can work together to create the perfect item for you, or have an item in the shop customised i.e made in a different size or colour.
A deposit may be required prior to the item being made this will be discussed with the details of your order. You will also be advised on the length of time it will take to complete your order.

Customs and Duty Free
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may occur.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are for the UK only. I will ship overseas but as yet, I have no way of adding the different shipping charges to the listings. If you wish to make a purchase from outside the UK please email me mail@lucyjacksondesigns.com or use the contact form, I can advise you on the postage cost and create a private listing for your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you have any questions or queries please email me.

In the unlikely event that an item has to be returned please contact me within 5 days of receipt. Refund requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.
All refunds will be made via Paypal, I regret that I am unable to refund the original cost of postage.
In returning an item the buyer is responsible for any postage charges incurred, it is advisable to obtain proof of postage as the buyer is responsible for the item until it arrives.

Within 4 weeks of purchase any breakages not caused through misuse will be repaired free of charge, out with these 4 weeks repairs can be made for an appropriate fee.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on custom made and customised items.

Packaging
I try to recycle packaging wherever possible, if you prefer to have new packaging please let me know by email or a note to the seller with your paypal payment.
 

Out of Stock Items
Whilst every effort is made to make sure items are updated and show when they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock I will email you as soon as possible to arrange a refund and alternative or advise when the item will be ready.
